Partner A: Bear Crawl length of gym down and back / Walking Lunge length of gym down and back (Hold 45/25# plate) / 30 Air Squats

Partner B: 30 Hand-release Pushups / 30 Ball Slams

When Partner A completes their exercises the partners switch.  Both partners keep and continue their round count of HRPU and Ball Slams

Father, thank you for the abilities you give us. For the strength and wisdom we gain training. Be with us as we work, that we may do our best. Help us to be encouraging to others.
