Work on Deficiencies for 30-45', then

20' Partner WOD

Partner A: Max Wall balls (each time the ball touches the ground, perform 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (53/35#)

Partner B: 20 Burpees

Partners with most Wall Balls complete at the end of 20' wins

Father, thank you for the abilities you give us. For the strength and wisdom we gain training. Be with us as we work, that we may do our best. Help us to be encouraging to others. Thank you for the people that you have brought into our lives. Bless the athletes, coaches, and all those who support our training.
