200 Monkey Bleepers

50m Bear Crawl Pushups (Pushup must be performed each time your left and right hands reset; Knees on ground or standing = 50 Tuck Jumps)

100 Mountain Climbers (Long Count; Knees on ground or standing = 50 Tuck Jumps)

3 sand bag carry laps (Sandbag on ground = 50 Tuck Jumps)

**Team Weights - 70# Dumbbell & 53# Kettlebell - Each must travel 10 laps by any team members during the 60' period (Weight on ground = 25 Pushups)
