We created this program for those with a busy schedule. While we love working out in the gym, it isn't always possible for everyone. We created a program for those who are short on time and don't have access to a gym.
Home30 is short workouts of 30-45 minutes for those who workout at their home or for someone who travels a lot. Each day will have a warm up, workout, and cool down. You only need you and a small space. There will also be equipment recommendations for those who want to scale the workouts up. This may include hand weights and jump ropes.
This program is for anyone who is healthy and can stand, take a knee, and get up and down off the floor.
Home30 consists of workouts Monday through Saturday.
Sunday will be a day dedicated to resting and recovering.
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. CrossFit 797 is located and easily accessible from all of Mont Belvieu.
